(1) To the one-half of the residue of her estate tf the Metro-
politan Presbyterian Church of Washington, D. C., to be de-
voted by it to the benefit of the poor of the Church.

(2) To the remaining one-half of the residue unto the George
Washington University of said city to be used for the purposes
of the free wards of its University Hospital, said residue consist-
ing of property located mostly in Maryland.

76. To a certain deed from George E. Cooper to the Collett
Memorial African Methodist Episcopal Church for a lot of
ground in Baltimore City, for the purpose of erecting and
maintaining thereon a church or meeting house, with full power
to said Vestry of holding, selling, leasing, mortgaging, assign-
ing, conveying or disposing of any and all property acquired
under the provision of this Act.

77. To the bequest of $200.00, contained in the last Will
and Testament of Mrs. Mary Horn, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, unto the Brethren Church of Linwood, Carroll County,
in the State of Maryland.

78. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Martha H. Leiter, viz.: (a) to St. Paul's Lutheran
Church of Leitersburg, one hundred dollars; (b) to St. James'
Reformed Church of Leitersburg, one hundred dollars, and (c)
to the Trustees or proper legal governing body of St. Paul's
Lutheran Church in trust, two hundred dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the
date of its passage.
