1730 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate, which convey-
ance is made or about to be made by William C. Penn, to said
corporation, and which lot of ground is fully described in a
deed dated October 4, 1913, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore County, in Liber W. P. C., No. 420, folio 316,
etc., from John Fontroy and wife to the said William C. Penn.

72. To certain deeds made to and for the use and benefit of
the Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, namely; (a) A
Deed from William C. Pennington, Trustee to the said Vestry
of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, dated December 12th, 1867,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber G. R. No. 359, folio 221, etc., conveying a lot of ground
and premises in the said City of Baltimore beginning for the
same on the west side of Saint Paul street one hundred and
three feet northerly from the northwest corner of Read Street
and Saint Paul Street, and having a front northerly on the
west side of Saint Paul Street of twenty feet seven and one-fifth
inches, with an irregular depth as therein described; (b) a Deed
from Morris Whitridge and William Whitridge, Executors, etc.,
to the said Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, dated July
10th, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2753, folio 486, etc., conveying a lot
of ground in the City of Baltimore at the northeast corner of
Read and Cathedral Streets, having a front on the north side
of Read Street of twenty-six feet six inches, and a depth north-
erly on the east side of Cathedral Street of one hundred and
forty-two feet more or less to Rosebud alley as therein de-
scribed; with full power to said Vestry of Emmanuel Church,
Baltimore, to hold, mortgage, sell, convey, lease or otherwise dis-
pose of any and all property acquired under the deeds herein-
before mentioned, and (c) to all conveyances of said properties
or either of them, made by said Vestry of Emmanual Church,
Baltimore, subsequent to the date of said deeds to said Vestry,
in so far as validity of said conveyances by said Vestry may de-
pend upon the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland.

73. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100) to the
Trustees of the Trinity German Evangelical Lutheran Church,
of Deer Park Road, near Smallwood, Carroll County, Maryland,
as contained in the last Will and Testament of Catherine Frick,
late of said County, deceased, recorded in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills of Carroll County, in Will Record Liber W. A. No.
11, folio 348, &c.
