No. 124. An act to add certain additional sections to Arti-
cles four of the Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland,
relating to mortgages.

No. 125. An act to continue in force the act to incorporate
the Queen Ann's and Kent County Railroad Company, chap-
one hundred and forty-nine, session of eighteen hundred and
fifty-six.

126. An act to incorporate the Union Club of Baltimore.

No. 127. An act to amen'd an act passed at December ses-
sion, 1814, entitled, "An act to incorporate a company to
make a turnpike road from the square in the town of Boons-
boro', in Washington county, to Swearingen's Ferry, on the
Potomac river," to change the corporate name of said com-
pany, and for other purposes.

No. 128. An act to add a new section to the eighty-fourth
Article of the Code of Public General Laws of this State re-
lating to schools.

No. 129. An act to add the following additional sections to
the forty-fourth Article of the Code of Public General Laws,
title Maryland Hospital, prescribing an additional oath to be
taken by the President, Vice President and Visitors of said
Hospital.

No. 130. An act to repeal the act passed at the called ses-
sion held at Frederick, April eighteen hundred and sixty-
one, chapter ninety-seven, entitled, an act to amend the sev-
enty-fifth Article of the Code of Public General Laws, by
adding a section to authorize the removal of Equity causes in
the Superior Court for Baltimore city, and in the Circuit
Court for Baltimore, from one to other of said courts.

No. 131. An act to incorporate the Union Club Building
Association.

No. 132. An act to add to the fourth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws the following section, empowering the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to raise money and ap-
propriate the same for the relief of the families of those who
enlisted under the call of the War Department, or of those
who may hereafter enlist as a part of the quota of the city of
Baltimore.
