laying down and equipment of a railway on the Baltimore
and Reisterstown Turnpike Road, between Baltimore city and

county, and to enact in lieu thereof the following, relating to
Weights and Measures.

one, thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-five, fifty-three and fifty-
four of the first Article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and insert addi-
tional sections relating to the charter of the city of Cumber-
