porate companies to make several turnpike roads through'
Baltimore county and for other purposes; to authorize the
laying down and equipment of a railway on the Baltimore
and Reisterstown Turnpike Road, between Baltimore city and
Pikesville, and the collection of tolls thereon

Baltimore Steam Navigation Company.

No. 119. An act to refund to Thomas Sudler, late Sheriff
of Somerset county, a sum of money erroneously paid into
the Treasury.

No. 120. An act to repeal sections one hundred and fifty-
seven and one hundred and fifty-eight of Article seventeen of
the Code of Public Local Laws relating to Queen Ann's
county, and to enact in lieu thereof the following, relating to
Weights and Measures.

No. 121. An act to repeal sections twenty-three, thirty-
one, thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-five, fifty-three and fifty-
four of the first Article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and insert addi-
tional sections relating to the charter of the city of Cumber-
land.

No. 122. An act to appropriate a sum of money annually
to the Home of the Friendless.

No. 123. An act to add an additional section to Article
