A SUPPLEMENT to an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Baltimore, Catonsville and Elli-
cotts Mills Passenger Railway Company, passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty,
chapter thirty-four.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Baltimore, Catonsville
and Ellicotts Mills Passenger Railway Company
may and shall be authorized to change its rates of
|
Tolls.
|
fare; provided, that the charge between its depot
in the city, of Baltimore and the village of Catons-
ville shall not exceed for each passenger the sum
of thirty cents; and that between its depot in the
city of Baltimore and its depot at the termination
of its road shall not exceed for each passenger the
sum of thirty-five cents.
|
Proviso.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said company
be and it is hereby authorized to use and employ,
in connection with its said railroad, a line of
omnibus carriages to run between the termination
of its road to some point in the village or town of
Ellicotts Mills in Howard county.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the said company
be and it is hereby authorized to purchase, hold
and improve such depot as may be necessary for
the purposes of the said passenger railway company,
and to sell and dispose of the same.
