Hill Avenue and McMechen Street, in Baltimore City, State
of Maryland, all my right, title, and estate in and to a ground
rent of forty dollars ($40.00), issuing out of a lot No. 719
Montford Avenue, in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, and
described in a deed to me from August Weber and wife, dated
April 2, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of said
Baltimore City, in Liber R. O. No. 2320, folio 189, etc."
60. To the gift and bequest of three hundred dollars
($300.00) to the Trustees oi Union Chapel Methodist Prot-
estant Church of Harford County, Maryland, contained in the
last will and testament of William I. Price, late of Harford
County, deceased.
61. To the following sales, grants, deeds and conveyances
to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in Baltimore County, a body
corporate, of the property described as follows: (a) A lot of
ground on the south side of Columbia Avenue one hundred
and twenty feet west from the corner formed by the south side
of Columbia Avenue and the west side of Parkin Street;
thence westerly on Columbia Avenue sixty-eight feet with a
depth of one hundred and twenty-six feet, being the lot which
was conveyed on May 23rd, 1907, by the Vestry of Hereshaw
Memorial Church to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in Bal-
timore County, by deed recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2340,
folio 72, one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, (b) A
lot of ground on the south side of Columbia Avenue beginning
sixty-six feet westerly from the southwest corner of Columbia
Avenue and Parkin Street; thence westerly on Columbia Ave-
nue fifty-four feet with a depth of one hundred and twenty-
six feet, being the same lot which on June 15th, 1914, by
deed recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 3055, folio 287, one of
the Land Records of Baltimore City, was conveyed by Frank
Hay Staples to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in Baltimore
County, (c) Six lots of ground and the ground rents of
sixty-five dollars ($65.00) each, issuing thereout on the south-
east side of Cold Spring Avenue, conveyed by the Securities
Company of Baltimore on May 16th, 1916, by deed recorded
in Liber S. O. L. No. 3045, folio 241, one of the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City, and also recorded in Liber W. P. C.
No. 461, folio 365, one of the Land Records of Baltimore
County, (d) Seven lots of ground and the ground rents of
sixty-five dollars ($65.00) each issuing thereout on the north-
west side of Cold Spring Avenue, conveyed by the Securities
Company of Baltimore to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in
