Baltimore County, on May 16th, 1916, by deed recorded in
Liber W. P. C. No. 462, folio 222, one of the Land Records
of Baltimore County and that the title of said real property
hereinbefore described vest absolutely in said Vestry of St.
Paul's Parish, in Baltimore County, its successors and assigns,
to its own proper use and benefit
62. To the gift, grant, sale and deed to Saint Luke's Re-
formed Church from Katie Knabe et al., dated February
15th, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 2638, folio 476, etc., of two
pieces or parcels of ground, the first of which is situated on
the southwest corner of Payson and Mary Anna Streets, and
the second of which is situated on the west side of Payson
Street fifteen feet southerly from the southwest corner of Pay-
son and Mary Anna Streets, and more particularly described
in said deed.
63. To the legacy and bequest of five thousand dollars
($5,000.00) to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the Diocese of Maryland, the income thereof to be
used for the salary of the rector of St. John's Church, Western
Run Parish, Baltimore County, Maryland, contained in the
first item of the will of Sallie H. Conrad, deceased, dated
August 6th, 1912.
64. To the deed and conveyance by the Piel Construction
Company and Amelia Tucker, widow, to the Emmanuel Eng-
lish Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, of a certain lot of ground situate in the City of
Baltimore aforesaid and known as No. 2561 Edmondson Ave-
nue, which is fully and particularly described in the aforesaid
deed bearing date August 9th, 1917, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3148,
folio 169, etc., and to the holding of the said lot of ground
by the said corporation in fee simple with full power to sell,
lease, mortgage or in any other way to dispose of the same.
65. To the sale and grant of a certain lot or parcel of
ground in Harford County, Maryland, to the Tabernacle
Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc., by deed dated August 8th,
1916, and recorded among the Land Records of Harford
County, in Liber J. A, R. No. 153, folio 118.
66. To the deed and conveyance from William C. Conine
and Mary Ann Conine, his wife, and Robert Purviance, Jr.,
to John Buck of Benjamin, Patrick Lynch, William McCub-
bin, William Hiss Washington Wilson, Nicholas Catch, James
