thirty-six dollars ($36.00), issuing and payable out of certain
lots of ground on the northwest side of Andre Street, in the
City of Baltimore, and of the annual ground rent of forty-
two dollars ($42.00), issuing and payable out of a certain lot
of ground on the southeast side Garrett Avenue, in the city
aforesaid, and described in a deed from Lydia Cassell unmar-
ried of Westminster, Carroll County, State of Maryland, to
"The Trustees of Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church of
Westminster, Carroll County and State of Maryland," dated
February 1st, 1917, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3107, folio 42, etc.;
and that title in fee in said reversions and annual ground
rents aforesaid, vest pursuant to said deed in said corporation,
its successors and assigns, to its and their own use and bene-
fits.

57. To the grant and deed of a certain leasehold lot of
ground on the Philadelphia Road, Baltimore, Maryland, and
described in a deed from John S. Enson and Birdie S. Enson,
his wife, to "The Baltimore City Missionary and Church Ex-
tension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church," a body
corporate, dated October 24th, 1916, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3084,
folio 389, etc., and that the leasehold title to said lot of ground
aforesaid vests, pursuant to said deed, in said corporation, its
successors and assigns, to its and their own use and benefit.

58. To the devise unto the Vestry of the Emanual Re-
formed Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, lots numbered
525 and 526, as shown on the plat of "Addition to Overlea,"
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, in
Plat Book of J. W. S. No. 2, folio 196, etc., as said devise
is contained in the last will and testament of Robert J.
Devenny, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to and for the use
and benefit of the Vestry of the Emanual Reformed Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City.

59. To the devise and bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Alice B. Will, late of Baltimore City, State
of Maryland, deceased, the said last will and testament being
duly recorded in Liber H. W. J. No. 118, folio 425, etc., one
of the books for the recording of wills in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, said
devise and bequest being as follows, to wit: "Thirteenth—I
give, devise and bequeath to Saint Paul's Evangelical (Eng-
lish) Lutheran Church, a body corporate of the City of Balti-
