dated May 7th, 1895, and recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records in Liber L. W. B., No. 209, folio 502, and more
particularly described or referred to in said deed; (b) to a
deed and conveyance to the Vestry of the Church of the Trans-
figuration of West Arlington, Maryland, from Grace Edna
Marck and Henry C. Shirely et al., dated October 28th, 1916,
and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County, in Liber W. P. C., No. 470, folio 248, etc., of a piece
or parcel of ground situated on the south side of Groveland
Avenue, one hundred and fifty feet easterly from the south-
east corner of Groveland and Granada Avenues, and more par-
ticularly described or referred to in said deed.

10. To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain
fee simple lot or parcel of ground, situate, lying and being in
the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, and described as
follows: Beginning for the same on the east side of Park
Avenue and fifty feet northerly from the northeast corner of
Park Avenue and Hamilton Street, and at the northwest cor-
ner of the lot of ground heretofore conveyed by Joseph Cooper-
thwaite et al., to Samuel Gordon, and running thence north-
erly, binding on Park Avenue, fifty feet; thence easterly, par-
allel with Hamilton Street one hundred and fifty feet six
inches to a twenty-foot alley running from Centre Street to
Hamilton Street and parallel with Park Avenue; thence south-
erly binding on said alley, with the use and privilege thereof
in common, fifty feet; and thence westerly parallel with
Hamilton Street, and binding on the north side of said lot
conveyed to Samuel Gordon to the place of beginning, made
by Patrick Macaulay Birckhead and Florence K. Birckhead,
his wife, to and for the use and benefit of the Inner Mission
Society of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City and Vicinity, Incorporated, a body corporate, duly in-
corporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, by their
deed dated April 14, 1917, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3121, folio 568,
etc.; and that the fee simple title to the said lot or parcel of
ground and premises, together with the improvements thereon,
vest absolutely in the said body corporate, its successors and
assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof forever.

11. To the following bequests made by and contained in
the last Will and Testament of Almira L. Phelps, late of Bal-
timore City, deceased, duly probated by the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City on October 15th, 1917, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H.
