W. J. No. 127, folio 179, etc., viz: (a) To the legacy of an
equal one-eighth part of the net proceeds arising from the sales
or collection of certain ground rents and securities mentioned
in said Will of a total value therein stated of seven thousand
nine hundred and sixty-three dollars and forty-three cents
($7,963.43) to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of
America; (b) To the legacy of an equal one-eighth part of the
net proceeds arising from the sales or collection of certain
ground rents and securities mentioned in said Will of a total
value therein stated of seven thousand nine hundred and sixty-
three dollars and forty-three cents ($7,963.43) to the Conven-
tion of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland for diocesan missions; (o) To the legacy of an equal
one-eighth part of the net proceeds arising from the sales or
collection of certain ground rents and securities mentioned in
said Will of a total value therein stated of seven thousand nine
hundred and sixty-three dollars and forty-three cents ($7,-
963.43) to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Vermont for diocesan missions.

12. To the following bequests of Laura V. Hoffman
Hodges, late of Baltimore City, deceased, viz: (a) "To the
Third English Reformed Church of Baltimore City the sum
of one thousand and twenty-five dollars ($1,025.00)"; (b) To
the Consistory of the Third English Reform Church of Balti-
more City in trust, to be applied by it at once the sum of one
thousand and twenty-five dollars ($1,025.00) for the mission
or church of said denomination in said City of Baltimore,
which in the opinion of the Consistory, shall stand most in
need thereof; and also the further sum of one thousand and
twenty-five dollars ($1,025.00) to be devoted by said Consis-
tory to foreign work.

13. To the bequest of Mary F. Pugh, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to the Board of Trustees of the Third Re-
formed Church of Baltimore City, the sum of five thousand
dollars ($5,000.00) and their duly elected successors; the said
bequest to be used as an endowment fund for the maintenance
of the church, and the interest only to be used for current ex-
penses ; provided, however, in the event that the church edifice
is removed to another location and rebuilt, or the church is
rebuilt on the present location, then the principal of this fund
may be employed as a part of the building fund, if the Board
of Trustees so determined.
