6. To the gift and grant made by William R Smallwood,
executor c. t. a. of Senna Smallwood, deceased, to the Vestry
of St. Thomas Parish of Prince George's County, Maryland,
of the Protestant Episcopal Church, duly incorporated under
the General Law of the State of Maryland, of all devisor's
right, title, interest and estate in and to a tract or parcel of
land and real estate situated in Nottingham District, Prince
George's County, Maryland, containing two and one-half acres,
more or less, being the same tract of land which was conveyed
to the deviser by Mary E. Frye and Jermiah Frye, her hus-
band, by deed dated December 26th, 1899, and recorded in
Liber J. B. No. 8, folio 206, of the Land Records of Prince
George's County, and to the holding and disposing of the same
according to law by the said body corporate.
7. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Lincoln W. Rinehart, late of Carroll Coun-
ty, in the State of Maryland, deceased, of record in Liber W.
A. No. 12, folio 56, one of the Will Records of Carroll Coun-
ty, Maryland, viz: (a) to the church of the Brethern of Pipe
Creek,' Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of fifty dollars
($50.00) to the Meadow Branch Congregation of the church
of the Brethern, (The Church of the Brethern of Meadow
Branch, Carroll County, Maryland,) the sum of fifty dollars
($50.00).
8. To the deed dated January 16th; 1918, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3181, folio 140, from Karl M. Bupert, Trustee, to the
Trustees of the Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Balti-
more City.
9. To the following grants, sales, deeds and conveyances to
and for the use and benefit of the Vestry of the Church of the
Transfiguration, West Arlington, Maryland, viz: (a) To a
deed and conveyance to the Vestry of the Church of the Trans-
figuration, West Arlington, Maryland, from the Trustees of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration of
West Arlington, Baltimore County, Maryland, dated January
22nd, 1909, and duly recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County, in Liber W. P. C. No. 344, folio 347, of
a piece or parcel of ground situated at the southwest corner
of Groveland and Granada Avenues, West Arlington, and
being the same lot of ground conveyed by deed from William
Rollins Webb to the said Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Transfiguration, West Arlington, Maryland,
