power and authority conferred upon him and contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Emily H. Berry, deceased, which
Will is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City, in Wills, Liber H. W. J., No. 109, folio 159, etc.

51. To the sale, grant and deeds of a certain fee simple lot
of ground on the northwest corner of Trinity and High Streets,
in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, and described in
a deed of assignment dated June 22nd, 1905, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O.,
No. 2154, folio 503, etc., was granted and assigned by George
Miller .to the "Baltimore City Missionary and Church Exten-
sion Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church," subject to
the annual rent of fifty-four dollars; said lot of ground being
also described in a deed dated December 2nd, 1916, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S.
C. L., No. 3094, folio 396, etc., whereby the reversion in said
lot was conveyed by Catherine L. Seth to the said "Baltimore
City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church," thereby extinguishing said rent, to the
end that the fee simple title to said lot of ground aforesaid,
vest pursuant to said deeds, in said corporation; its successors
and assigns, to its and their own use and benefit.

52. To the following grants, sales, deeds and conveyances
to and for the use and benefit of Church Extension Society of
Diocese of Maryland, Incorporated: (a) To the deed and con-
veyance to Church Extension Society of the Diocese of Mary-
land, Incorporated, from the Cedarcroft Land Company, dated
April 2, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County, in Liber W. P. C., No. 391, folio 575, etc., of
several lots or parcels of ground situate at Cedarcroft, on the
York Turnpike road, south of Towson, in Baltimore County,
and described or referred to in said Deed; (b) to the deed and
conveyance to Church Extension Society of the Diocese of
Maryland, Incorporated, from Emma C. Duffy, et al., Trus-
tees, dated August 15th, 1917, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L., Xo. 3149, folio
180, etc., of a lot or tract of land situated at the northeast
corner of Lafayette and Wheeler Avenues, in the City of Bal-
timore; (e) to the deed and conveyance to Church Extension
Society of the Diocese of Maryland, Incorporated, from Eden
B. Watts, dated on or about the 21st day of January, 1918,
and duly recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County on the 21st day of January, 1918, of a lot or tract of
land situate at Odenton and described in said deed.
