recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City, in Liber H. W. J., No. 127, folio 327, of Wills, and
that said sum of one hundred dollars so given and bequeathed
vest in said "St. John's of Baltimore" absolutely.

47. To the gift and bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Eliza J. Stocksdale, late of Carroll County, in
the State of Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of St. Paul's
Methodist Episcopal Church, New Windsor, Carroll County,
Maryland, and to their successors in trust, the sum of one thou-
sand dollars; Said Will being recorded in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Carroll County in Liber W. A., No. 12, folio-
129, etc.

48. To the devise contained in the "tenth" item or clause
of the Last Will and Testament of Emily H. Berry, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, which Will is recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Wills, Liber H.
W. J., No. 109, folio 159, etc., wherein there was given and
devised to the said Women's Foreign Missionary Society of
the Methodist Episcopal Church,' the annuity or yearly rent of
four hundred dollars, issuing and payable out of a lot of
ground in Baltimore City, situate on the north side of Pratt
Street, beginning 82 feet 11^2 inches west from Green Street,
and running thence westerly on Pratt Street fifty feet, with an
even northerly depth of one hundred and eighty feet to King
Street.

49. To the bequest to the Women's Foreign Missionary
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church contained in the
"tenth" item or clause of the Last Will and Testament of
Emily H. Berry, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which Will
is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City, in Wills, Liber H'. W. J., No. 109, folio 159, etc., where-
in there was given and bequeathed to the Woman's Foreign
Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, eight
one thousand dollar bonds, therein specifically described.

50. To a deeq1 from Thomas J. Morris, executor of Emily
H. Berry, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Woman's-
Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
said Deed dated April 18th, 1911, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L., No. 2659,
folio 380, etc., wherein the annuity or yearly rent of four hun-
dred dollars, particularly described in said deed, was conveyed
to the Woman's Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist
Episcopal Church by Thomas J. Morris, executor, under the
