CHAPTER 390.
AN ACT to authorize the Baltimore Consolidated Railway
Company to do an express business on its railways in the
City of Baltimore and adjoining counties.
WHEREAS, the Baltimore Consolidated Railway Company

under and by virtue of the consolidation duly executed be-
tween the City and Suburban Railway Company, the Balti-
more Traction Company and the Lake Roland Elevated Rail-
way Company, and as the successor of said companies, ope-
rates its lines of railways in the city of Baltimore and adjoin-
ing counties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to the people along said lines,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

CHAPTER 391.
AN ACT to add new sections to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," under the new
sub title "Tramps and Vagrants," to follow Section 268,
and to be known as Sections 268 A, 268 B, 268 C and 269 D.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the following new sections be added to Article 13
