district.

county, Anne Arundel county, including the city of Annapolis,
Howard county, the first and thirteenth election districts of
Baltimore county, and" the twenty-third and twenty-fourth
ward of Baltimore city, and shall be entitled to choose one
representative in the House of Representatives.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 389.
AN ACT to repeal Section 10 B of Article 55 of the Code
of Public General Laws, as the same was re-enacted by Chap-
ter 376 of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892, and
to re enact the same with amendment.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That section 10 B of Article 55 of the Code of Public
General Laws, as the same was re-enected by chapter 376 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892, be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
so as to read as follows :
10 B. The librarian shall distribute one copy of each of the
volumes of the Maryland Reports to the Comptroller of the

Distribution
of reports.

Treasury, the Treasurer of Maryland and the State Tax Com-
missioner ; and shall transmit a copy of each of the volumes
of the Maryland Reports as the same have been or shall here-
after be received to the Library of the Bar Association of the
District of Columbia, upon condition that the said Bar Asso-
ciation of the District of Columbia shall transmit to the State
Librarian, in Annapolis, the past reports of the District of
Columbia and of the Court of Appeals of the District of
Columbia and the current volumes of said District of Columbia
courts as the same shall hereafter be published.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
