a deed from Samuel S. R. Mullikin and others, dated March 8,
1897, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city,
in Liber R. O. No. 1662, folio 21.

Nineteenth. To the sale and conveyance by the board of
trustees of the Methodist Protestant church, at New Market,
in Baltimore county, by fee simple deed yet to be executed, to
Thomas G. Rutledge of two lots of ground situated in said
county, the first of said lots laid off for and said to contain
forty-five square perches of land, and the second of said lots
laid off for and said to contain forty square perches of land ;
and also to the purchase by the board of trustees aforesaid
from, and 'the conveyance to them, by Thomas P. Rutledge
two lots of ground, by fee simple deed yet to be executed ;
one of said lots laid off for and said to contain sixty and two-
thirds square perches of land, and the other of said lots laid
off for and said to contain twelve square perches of land, the
sale and purchase hereby authorized being for the purpose of
straightening the lines of the properties of the respective pur-
chasers and sellers.

Twentieth. To a deed and conveyance dated April 1, 1896,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber R. O. No. 1615, folio 499, &c., from the Safe Deposit
and Trust Company of Baltimore, executors and trustees,
under the will of Charles J. Baker, deceased, to Bethany
Independent Methodist Church of the city of Baltimore, of all
the interest of the said Charles J. Baker, in the lots of ground
and improvements thereon mentioned in said deed, and situate
on the northeast corner of Lexington and Calhoun streets, in
Baltimore city.

Twenty-first. To a deed and conveyance, dated March 21,
1896, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city,
in Liber R. O. No. 1615, folio 500, &c., from William Baker,
Jr., et al., to Bethany Independent Methodist Church of the
city of Baltimore, of all the right, title and interest of the
grantor's in and to the lots of ground and the improvements
thereon situate on the northeast corner of Lexington and
Calhoun streets, in Baltimore city.

Twenty second. To the grant and conveyance in fee from
the Bethany Independent Methodist Church, of the city of
Baltimore, to the Bethany Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City, of the lots of ground northeast corner of
Lexington and Calhoun streets, in Baltimore city, and the par-
sonage, church building, chapel and other improvements
