Twelfth, To the devise or bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Nancy Spanlding, late of Washington county,
Maryland, deceased, of all the remainder of her estate " to the
German Reformed Church of Ca veto wn for the payment of
the church debt."
Thirteenth. To the devise or bequest contained in the last
will and testament of Ellen M. Williams, late of Washington
county, Maryland, deceased, of all of her property, except that
in said will specifically excepted, to the German Baptist
Church of the United States, to be by said church devoted to
the cause of mission or the spread of the Gospel, under the
provisions contained in said will.
Fourteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Emily B. Clayton, late of Washington county,
Maryland, deceased, of one thousand dollars, "to St. Anies
Protestant Episcopal Church of Smithsburg, Washington
county, State of Maryland, to be used for the benefit of said
church as the trustees thereof shall direct; and (2) of any sur-
plus of said estate after the payment of specific legacies therein
made," "to the aged and intirrn clergy fund of the Protestant
Episcopal Church in the United States."
Fifteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Lydia Stahl, late, of Washington county, Maryland,
deceased, of the sum of two hundred dollars to Zion Reformed
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.
Sixteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Barbara Alice Welty, late of Washington, county,
Maryland, deceased, of the sum of one hundred dollars to the
trustees of the Menonite Church, located in Ringgold, Wash-
ington county, Maryland, to be invested, and the income there-
from to be used in keeping the graveyard attached to said
church and the graves therein in proper order and repair.
Seventeenth. To the following bequest contained in the last
will and testament of Lydia Zimmerman, late of Washington
county, Maryland, deceased, viz : (1) a bequest of two hundred
dollars to Bishop Taylor, of the African Mission of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church, or to his successors, to be used in his
or their missionary wofk in Africa ; (2) a bequest of fifty dol-
lars to the Methodist Episcopal Sabbath-school of Sharpsburg,
Maryland.
Eighteenth. To the acquisition, holding, and disposal of by
