, June 5, 1896, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, in Liber R. O. No. 1623, folio 523, &c.
Twenty-third. To a deed from Charles E. Hill to the Vestry
of the Church of the Messiah, a body corporate, dated Janu-
ary 13, 1897, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, in Liber R. O. No. 1657, folio 276, &c.
Twenty-fourth. To the sale of a certain annuity of one
hundred and eighty dollars to the Vestry of the Church of the
Messiah, a body corporate, by Lucy E. Wilbourn, set forth in a
contract of sale dated January 13, 1897, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1657,
folio 275, &c.
Twenty-fifth. To the devise and bequest to the Vestry of the
Church of the Messiah, of Baltimore city, a body corporate, of
the rest and residue of the estate of James W. Powers, late of
Baltimore city, deceased, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of said James W. Powers.
Twenty-sixth. To the two legacies, one of five thousand dol-
lars and the other of one thousand dollars, to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church, in the diocese of Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament and codicil
thereto of the Rev. Richard Clarence Hall, late of Baltimore
county, deceased.
Twenty-seventh. To the deed and conveyance made by "Wil-
liam M. Terrill and Laura J. Terrill, his wife, to the trustees
of "Warren Memorial Presbyterian Church, of Kensington, of
Montgomery county, of a certain lot of ground lying and being
in the said town of Kensington, which is described on B. EL
"Warner's sub-division of "Kensington Park" as lot "B," said
deed bearing date February 10, 1898, and recorded among the
land records of Montgomery county, in Liber T. D. No. 2,
folio 205. &c.
Twenty-eighth. To the following bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Mary Conner, late of Montgomery
county, deceased, viz : (1) A bequest of one hundred dollars to
the Vestry of St. Johns' Church, Olney, Montgomery county,
Maryland ; (2) a bequest of one hundred dollars to the trus-
tees of Salem Methodist Protestant Church, Brookville, Mont-
gomery county, Maryland.
Twenty-ninth. To the following conveyances to James Car-
dinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for
the time being, viz : (1) A deed and conveyance of certain
