CHAPTER 468.
AN ACT to add another section to Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "In-
surance Companies," to be known as Section 128 A, to pro-
vide for insurance of infants.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

tained in said section, make such contracts of insurance as
are by said section allowed, both of adults and of infants ;
provided, however, that in all cases of the insurance of infants,
some adult shall become responsible for all obligations of said
infant to said organization.

AN ACT to change the boundary line between Brinkley's
Election District or District Number 3, and Lawson's Elec-
tion District or District Number 8, in Somerset County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

as Brinkley's election district, and election district number 8,
known at Lawson's district, as now laid down, be changed and
that the line which shall hereafter divide said districts shall be
as follows : Beginning at the mouth of Coulbourn's creek and
running up said creek with the channel until the county wharf
is reached, at what is commonly called the "Steamboat Wharf;"
thence said line to run by and with the county road to Marion
