and confirmed and declared to be of full force at law and in
equity, and without any responsibility on the part of the donees,
grantees or assignees thereof, to see to the application of the
purchase money thereof, and free from all trusts, express or
implied, which might by any possibility be construed to arise
or grow out of said three acts to which this is a supplement.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the deeds men-

tioned in the act of eighteen hundred and five, chap-
ter 118, shall be construed as vesting, at the time of
the execution thereof, in the paid corporation, full own-
ership in fee simple in the property therein mentioned ;
and that all of said property and the proceeds of sale
thereof shall be under the control and management of said
corporation, and subject to the powers granted by this act^ and
free from any trusts, express or implied, in said body corporate,
which might arise out of any words contained in said acts; and
that any salee, transfers or mortgages thereof, heretofore or here-
after made by said body corporate, of. the whole or any part
thereof, shall vest title in the purchaser or grantees thereo free
from any trusts whatever arising out of the construction of any
words contained in said acts; and the proceeds of sale thereof
shall be held by the said corporation for its uses, free from any
trusts whatever, express or implied; and that said corporation
may by its deed, duly executed, acknowledged and recorded,
sell, lease, mortgage or otherwise convey, the same, or any part
thereof, so as to vest in the grantees thereunder, a title free,
clear and discharged from the claims of all persons whatsoever.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the board of

directors of said corporation may pass such by-laws and make
such rules and regulations for the government of the said cor-
poration as they may see tit, from time to time, not inconsistent
with the Constitution and laws of the State, and that all
by-laws, rules and regulations heretofore made for the govern-
ment of said corporation, as may be in conflict with any of the
provisions of this act, shall be and the same is hereby repaled.

Repeal.

SEC, 6. And be it further enacted, That such portions of
the said acts of seventeen hundred and ninety-two, chapt-
55, eighteen hundred and tive, chapter 118, eighteen hundred
and eight, chapter 37, and any other acts relating to said
corporation, as may conflict with the provisions of this act,
and the same are hereby repealed so fyr as the same may con-
flict with the provisions hereof.
