SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the capital stock of
the said " Maryland Real Estate, Title and Investment Com-

pany " shall be twenty thousand dollars, divided into four
hundred shares of fifty dollars each, and privilege is hereby
given to said corporation to increase its capital stock from
time to time at such meetings of its stockholders as may be
called for such purpose by a three-fourths' vote of the shares
of stock of said corporation to an amount not exceeding fifty
thousand dollars.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the number of

ber stated in the certificate of incorporation of said company,
to nine, and that the said stockholders of said company shall
decide upon said increase, and in such event elect the addi-

serve until the first Monday in January, 1907, or until their
successors are duly elected and qualified.
