beginning at the corner formed by the intersection of the
west side of William street and the south side of Sugar

alley, and running thence southerly bounding on the west,
line of William street fifty feet; then westwardly parallel
with Sugar alley ninety-six feet; thence northerly parallel
with William street fifty feet to Sugar alley, and thence east-
wardly binding on Sugar alley to the place of beginning,
made by the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in
Baltimore city to the said the trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the South Baltimore Station in the. city
of Baltimore, under its then corporate name of the trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the William Street
Station in the city of Baltimore, dated October 17, 1845, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber
A. W. B. No. 358, folio 384, etc.

79. To the bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Catherine Kelley, late of the city of Baltimore,
deceased, as follows: Five hundred dollars to Rev. Edward
P. DcAdams, and the rest and residue of her estate to the
Little Sisters of the Poor, to the Associated Professors of
St. Mary's Seminary in Baltimore city, and to St. Vincent's
Infant Asylum of Baltimore city.

80. To the sales, leases, grants and deeds made and exe-
cuted in respect of all that lot of ground at the northwest
corner of George street and Clifton avenue (formerly Ogston
street) in the city of Baltimore, fronting sixty-five feet on
George street and ninety-five feet on Clinton (or Clifton)
avenue, and certain parts thereof, as follows :

(A) A lease of the said whole lot from Frederick W.
Brune and others to the Fifth Church of the United Brethren
in Christ in the city of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated
January 31, 1872, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city in Liber G. R. No. 539, folio 541, etc., at the
yearly rent of two hundred and sixty dollars.

(B) A sub-lease of part of said whole lot of ground on the
west side of Clinton (or Clifton) avenue from the said body
corporate to Eberhardt Luckmann, dated May 30, 1873, and
recorded among said records in Liber G. R. No. 615, folio
257, etc., at the yearly sub-rent of forty-nine dollars.
