mumnd, his wife, dated January 26, 1874, and recorded among
said records in Liber G. R. No. 643, folio 555, etc., at the
yearly sub-rent of sixty dollars.

(D) Confirmatory sub-lease of said last mentioned part from
said body corporate to said Frederick Edward Lachmumnd
and Catherine Lachmumnd, his wife, dated November 7, 1887,
and recorded among the said records in Liber J. B. No.
1164, folio 238, etc.

(E) A sub-lease of another part of said whole lot of
ground on the north side of George street from the said body
corporate to G. Thomas Albaugh, dated February 13, 1874,
and recorded among said records in Liber G. R. No. 646,
folio 360, etc., at the yearly sub-rent of sixty dollars.

(F) A confirmatory sub-lease of said last-mentioned part
from said body corporate to said G. Thomas Albaugh, dated
16th February, 1874, and recorded among said records in
Liber G. R. No. 646, folio 363, etc.

(G) A deed of warm from Rose A. Harvey to the said
body corporate in respect of said whole lot of ground, and
a covenant to erect thereon a building for church purposes,
dated the 23d of May, 1899, and recorded among said
records in Liber R. O. No. 1795, folio 170, etc.

(H) An assignment of said whole lot and the said three
sub-reversions and yearly sub-rents from the said body cor-
porate to Louis G. Myer and Louisa Myer, his wife, dated
June 27, 1899, and recorded among said records in Liber
R. O. No. 1795, folio 172, etc.

(I) And to the making of an assignment in the future by
the said Louis G. Myer and Louisa Myer, his wife, of the
said whole lot, subject to the said rent of two hundred and
sixty dollars, but including the three sub-reversions and sub-
rents above mentioned unto the Rev. Whit W. Alien, his
executors, administrators and assigns, and to mortgage of
the same from the said Whit W. Alien to the said Louis G.
Myer and Louisa Myer, to secure a balance of purchase
money for said property in accordance with an agreement for
the sale thereof entered into by and between the said parties.
