Various gifts,
bequests, etc.
sanctioned.

Cockrell, late of Baltimore city, deceased, said will being of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
city.

76. To the bequest of one hundred dollars made to the
Sunday-school of Centre Street Methodist Episcopal Church
of Cumberland, Maryland, in Allegany county, by the last
will and testament of John H. Young, late of said county,
deceased, and the same is hereby sanctioned, confirmed and
made valid, and the said Sunday-school be and it is hereby
authorized and empowered to take and receive said legacy
and use the same, there being no restrictions or provisions
for the application thereof in said will and testament.

77. To the deed and conveyance from the Most Reverend
James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore,
to the Shome Meshmueth Hakadesh Aushi Urlin Congrega-
tion of Baltimore city, of a leasehold interest in a lot of
ground, and which was granted and conveyed for the con-
sideration of eight thousand dollars by the grantor to the
grantee, by deed dated 12th day of June, 1905, and recorded
in Liber R. O. No. 2155, folio 273, etc., one of the land
records of Baltimore city, said leasehold interest being in
the lot of ground situate at the northeast corner of Lloyd
and Watson streets, in the city of Baltimore and State of
Maryland.

78. To the lease and conveyance of the parcel of ground
lying in the city of Baltimore and State of Maryland, begin-
ning for the same on the line of the west side of William
street, at the distance of fifty feet southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the lines of the west side of
William street and the south side of Sugar alley, and run-
ning thence southerly binding on the west side of William
street fifteen feet; thence westerly parallel with Sugar alley
ninety-six feet, and thence northerly parallel with William
street fifteen feet; thence easterly parallel with Sugar alley to
the place of beginning; made by Rachael Phelps to the Trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the South Balti-
more Station, in the city of Baltimore, a body corporate, its suc-
cessors and assigns, dated November 27, 1848, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber A. W. B.
No. 404, folio 424, etc., and also to the assignment and con-
veyance of the parcel of ground in the said city of Baltimore,
