chises to any other company or companies which may own
or operate a line or lines of electric railway connecting with,
but not parallel to, the road of said Baltimore Terminal
Company for such period and upon such terms and con-
ditions as may be approved by a majority of the stock-
holders of the Baltimore Terminal Company.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 194.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Commissioners of
St. Michaels to execute a deed to the Board of County
School Commissioners of Talbot County of so much of
St. Mary's Square, in the town of St. Michaels, in Talbol
County, as is now occupied by the Primary School build-
ing, recently built, and so much adjacent thereto as is
deemed necessary by the Commissioners of St. Michaels
and the Board of County School Commissioners of Talbol
County for the purposes and uses of said Primary School.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the Commissioners of St. Michaels be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute a deed to
the Board of County School Commissioners of Talbot county
of so much of St. Mary's square, in the town of St. Michaels,
in Talbot county, as is now occupied by the primary school
building, recently built, and of so much land adjacent thereto
as is deemed necessary by the Commissioners of St. Michaels
and the Board of County School Commissioners of Talbot
county for the purposes and uses of said primary school.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
