17. To the grant and conveyance by Charles S. Austin and
Henry F. Miller to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Baltimore city, of a lot of ground on the south side
of North avenue, west of Harford avenue, in the city of Balti-
more, described in a deed thereof from the said grantors
dated August 23, 1904, and duly of record among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O., No. 2093, folio 24,
etc.

18. To the grant and conveyance by the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore city of a lot of ground on the west side
of Aiken street, south of North avenue, in the city of Balti-
more, described in a deed thereof from said grantor, dated
April 13, 1905, and duly of record among the land records
of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O., No. 2138, folio 283, etc.

19. To the sale, grant and deed of the leasehold interest
in a certain lot of ground at the southeast corner of Lombard
and Greene streets, in Baltimore city, to the trustees of the
Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in the city of
Baltimore, by James Edward Freeman, administrator of
Levin Freeman, deceased, by his deed dated the 5th day of
February, 1906, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, on the said 5th day of February, 1906, in liber
R. O., No. 2208, folio 57, and that title to the leasehold
interest conveyed by said deed in said mentioned lot vest
pursuant to said deed absolutely in said corporation, its
successors and assigns, to its own and their own use and
behoof.

20. To the gift, bequest and devise contained in the last
will and testament of Jemima W. Sanks, late of Frederick
county, deceased, said will being admitted to probate on the
17th day of June, 1905, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Frederick county, (A) to the payment of
one hundred dollars or such other sum as may be necessary
to provide for the perpetual care of our family burial lot in
Greenmount Cemetery, Baltimore, (B) one-half of the said
rest and residue of my estate unto the Evangelical Lutheran
Synod of Maryland, to aid in its work in educating young
men for the gospel ministry.
