EDWIN WARFIELD, ESQ., GOVERNOR.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Maria E. Werdebaugh, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, to wit :

21. To a bequest of one thousand dollars to the First
English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore.

22. To a bequest of two hundred dollars to the Woman's
Home and Foreign Missionary Society of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States,
to be applied to the use of the local Woman's Home and
Foreign Missionary Society of the First English Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore.

23. To a bequest of three hundred dollars to Dr. Ezra
Bell, pastor in charge of the First English Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore.

24. To a bequest of two thousand dollars to the deaconess
board of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the United States at Baltimore, Maryland.

25. To a bequest of two hundred dollars to the " Gress-
lers Orphans' Home," at Loysville, Pennsylvania, for the care
of orphans of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.

26. To a bequest of two hundred dollars to the National
Lutheran Home of the Aged of the General Synod of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States in the
District of Columbia; said will bearing date the 18th day
of April, 1904, and recorded in the office of the register of
wills of Baltimore city, in Liber B. E. S. No. 96, folio 273, etc.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of George Wilhelm Gail, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, to wit :

27. To a bequest of five hundred dollars to the Hebrew
Benevolent Society of Baltimore city.

28. To a bequest of five hundred dollars to the Hebrew
Hospital and Asylum Association of Baltimore city.

29. To a bequest of five hundred dollars to the Hebrew
Orphan Asylum of Baltimore city; said will bearing date the
17th day of May, 1900, and recorded in the office of the
register of wills of Baltimore city, in Liber B. E. S. No. 96,
folio 510, etc.
