13. To the deed and grant from Henry H. Henrix to the
trustees of the Govanstown Methodist Episcopal Church,
of Baltimore county, of a certain lot of ground on
Fulton avenue, in Baltimore city, in said deed described ;
said deed being dated July 11, 1905, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 2159,
folio 379, etc.

14. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
containing about three-fourths of an acre of land at Hamilton,
in the fourteenth district of Baltimore county, to " St. Johns
of Hamilton," a body corporate, duly incorporated under
the laws of this State, by Charles M. Armstrong and his
wife Harriet C. Armstrong, by their deed dated the 28th
day of August, 1905, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore county on the 9th day of September, 1905,
in Liber W. P. C. No. 289, folio 496, and that fee
simple title vest pursuant to said deed absolutely in said
corporation, its successors and assigns, to its own and their
own use and behoof.

15. To a bequest of, one hundred dollars, made by will of
William I. Mollyhorn, late of Charles county, Maryland,
deceased, dated June 11, 1906, to the Holy Ghost Catholic
Church of Cobb Neck, Charles county, Maryland.

16. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
containing about one-half acre of land at Poplar Hill in
Patapsco Neck in Baltimore county, to "North Point Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore county," by
Clarence Wood, by his deed dated the 11th day of November,
1905, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
county in Liber W. P. C. No. 292, folio 360, and to the grant
and deed of a certain other lot of ground containing about
one-fourth of an acre of land adjacent to the lot above men-
tioned, to said "North Point Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, of Baltimore County," by his deed above mentioned,
and that fee simple title to both said lots vests pursuant to
