Church of Kensington, of Montgomery County, of a certain
lot of ground in the town of Kensington, in said county,
and to the holding of said lot by the said " Trustees of
Warner Memorial .Presbyterian Church of Kensington, of
Montgomery County," in fre simple, with full power to
dispose of the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General

Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared,
given and granted to the deed and grant by William M. Ter-
rell and Laura J. Terrell, his wife, to the " Trustees of
"Warner Memorial Presbyterian Church of Kensington, of
Montgomery county," a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of the State of Maryland, of a lot of ground
situate, lying and being in the town of Kensington in said
Montgomery county, which is described on B. H. Warner's
sub-division of Kensington Park, as lot B, said deed bearing
date February tenth, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-
eight, and recorded among the land records of said Mont-
gomery county, in Liber T. D. No. 2, folio 205, and to the
holding of said lot by said corporation in fee simple, with
full power to sell, lease, mortgage or in any other way dispose
of the same.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 96.
AN ACT to make valid the Official Acts of Women Notaries
Public.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Sanction
anu consent
given.

Maryland, That all official acts heretofore done by women
notaries public are hereby declared valid, if any such act
should have been done or performed by a man notary public,
appointed under the laws of this State.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved March 27, 1902.

CHAPTER 97.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the sale, grant and conveyance by
