WHEREAS, It was determined to assign all its property to the
new congregation, and the Trustees of the Ohel Jacob Visbayer
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore city, a corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, is the
corporation formed by the union of the members of the two
corporations aforesaid,

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the assignment dated April 17, 1894, of the trus-
tees of the Auschey Chesed Bialestock Hebrew Congregation
of Baltimore City, a corporation duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, of all its property of all and
every kind, to the trustees of the Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew
Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate duly incor-
rated under the laws of the State of Maryland, be and the
same is hereby sanctioned, confirmed and 'made valid; and the
said The Trustees of the Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew Con-
fregation of Baltimore City is authorized and empowered to
old all the property assigned to it as aforesaid, as fully as the
said trustees of the Auschey Chesed Bialestock Hebrew Con-
gregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate duly incorpo-
rated under the laws of the State of Maryland, could or might
have held it.

Assignment

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 191.

AN ACT to authorize the "Gwynn's Falls Railway Company
of Baltimore County," a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of this State, to lay tracks upon the county
roads in Baltimore County, and in the twenty-first ward of
Baltimore City.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary
land, That the Gwynn's Falls Railway Company of Baltimore
County, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of
the State of Maryland, in addition to the powers conferred
upon it by article twenty-three (23) in the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of this State, be and it is hereby authorized to lay
its tracks on the Windsor-Mill road in the twenty-first ward of
