they may adopt, upon such terms and for such time, not ex-
ceeding five years, which they may agree upon, the said notes
to be signed by the president and secretary of said commis-
sioners.

Tax to pay
for same.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That for the purposes of meeting
said notes issued under the provisions of the next preceding
section, at maturity, the said commissioners are empowered to
levy a tax of ten cents on the hundred dollars of the assessable
property of said village, in addition to the fifteen cents on the
one hundred dollars already allowed by law.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to sanction and make valid an assignment from
the Trustees of the Auschey Chesed Bialestock Hebrew
Congregation of Baltimore city, a corporation duly incorpo-
rated under the laws of the State of Maryland, to the
Trustees of the Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew Congregation
of Baltimore city, a corporation duly incorporated under
the laws of the State of Maryland, dated April 17th, 1894,
and assigning all the property of all and every kind of the
said Trustees of the Auschey Chesed Bialestock Hebrew
Congregation of Baltimore city, a corporation duly incorpo-
rated under the laws of the State of Maryland, to the said
Trustees of the Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew Congregation
of Baltimore city, a corporaton duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, At a regular meeting of the members of the
Auschey Chesed Bialestock Hebrew Congregation of Balti-
more city, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of
the State of Maryland, it was determined to unite with the
members of Agndath Achim Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew
Congregation of Baltimore city, a corporation duly incor-
porated under the laws of the State of Maryland, and form a
new religious corporation; and
