CHAPTER 168.
AN ACT to extend the time for the completion of the Wash-
ington and Potomac Railroad.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the time for the completion of the Washington and,
Potomac Railroad, extending from the city of Washington, in
the District of Columbia, to Point Lookout, in St. Mary's
county, Maryland, be and the same is hereby extended until the
first day of May, in the year nineteen hundred.

CHAPTER 169.
AN ACT to amend the Act of 1846, Chapter 53, entitled
"An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Fell's Point Hebrew
Friendship Congregation in the City of Baltimore," as
amended by the Act of 1868, Chapter 59, and the Act of
1872, Chapter 116, by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, section 4 thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 4 of the act of 1872, chapter 116, entitled
an "An Act to further amend the charter of the Baltimore
Fell's Point Hebrew Friendship Congregation, in the City of
Baltimore," be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows :
