LAWS OF MARYLAND.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said bonds
shall be issued payable ten years from the date

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said
County Commissioners shall in each and every
year levy upon the assessable property in Wi-
comico county such sum of money as may be
necessary to pay the interest on said bonds
and redeem two of said bonds in each year
until the whole number are redeemed, and said

lected in Wicomico county, and the said Com-
missioners shall select two of said bonds by
lot, to be redeemed in each year, to be so chosen
at least six months before the time for redemp-
tion, and give notice of the number of the
bonds so selected at once, by advertisement
published in some newspaper printed in Wi-
comico county, and interest shall cease on said
bonds so chosen on the day appointed for their
redemption.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said Com-
missioners be and they are hereby authorized
and empowered to borrow on negotiable note
or notes, signed by the President of the Board
of Commissioners and the Treasurer of said
