To the State Roads Commission the proceeds of

80% of the revenue of 1/2c Gasoline Tax after

|
|
deducting % of the appropriation for maintaining

|
|
the Gasoline Tax Department m the office of the

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
State Comptroller the amounts named herein
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
being an estimate only it being the intention that
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
this appropriation shall be 80% of the actual net
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
revenue derived from this tax and it being fur
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
ther the intention that should the proceeds of this
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
tax exceed the respective amounts herein set forth
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
then such remainder shall not revert to the gen
|

|
|
|

eral fund of the State but shall be set over to
