Vehicles Revenue:

To the State Roads Commission, 70% of the receipts

       
 

of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles and

       
 

original 2c Gasoline Tax, after deducting the ex-

       
 

penses of that department and of the Traffic

       
 

Court and one-half the cost of maintaining the

       
 

Gasoline Tax Department in the State Comp-

       
 

troller's Office; together with the sums received

       
 

by the Commission from the sale of specifications,

       
 

rental of properties, sale of new, old and scrap

       
 

material and miscellaneous items, the amounts

       
 

herein named being an estimate only, it being: the

       
 

intention that these appropriations shall be the

       
 

whole of said balance, whether the same be more

       
 

or less than this estimate, and it being further

       
 

the intention that should the proceeds of this tax

       
 

and the net income from the Commissioner of

       
 

Motor Vehicles and Traffic Court and the incomes

       
 

to be derived from the other titles hereinbefore

       
 

enumerated, exceed the respective amounts set

       
 

forth, then such remainder shall not revert to the

       
 

general fund of the State, but shall be set over

       
 

to the use of the State Roads Commission, to be

       
 

allocated by subsequent Legislative action, in like

       
 

manner as the sums hereby requested. From the

       
 

aggregate of the sums hereby requested. less the
