So two-thirds of all the members present having voted in
the affirmative, the motion was sustained, and Mr. Consta-
ble was allowed to proceed.
At the conclusion of his remarks,
Mr. Lancaster moved that the House do now adjourn,
Decided in the negative.
The question then recurring upon concurring in the mo-
tion to reconsider as submitted by Mr. Barnard,
Mr. Lancaster moved to lay the motion on the table,
