On motion of Mr. Barnard,
The House then proceeded to the consideration of
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 76, of the
Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1874, entitled an Act to locate the county seat of Gar-
rett county.
The question recurring upon the motion submitted by Mr.
Barnard,
To reconsider the vote by which the bill had been indefi'
nitely postponed,
Mr. Constable having the floor,
Mr. Donaldson moved that the rules be suspended, and
that Mr. Constable be permitted to extend his remarks indefi-
nitely,
The question recurring upon concurring in the question,
Mr. Lancaster demanded the yeas and nays.
