the Governor, for his approval:
No. 222. An Act to repeal Section 2, of Article 37, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Evidence," sub-title
"Competency of Witnesses," as amended by the Act of
January Session, of 1874, chapter 385, and to amend and
re-enact the same to read as follows.
No. 229. An Act to repeal any supposed exemption of the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com-
pany, or of any of its branch roads, or its or their property,
