(f) Deed from Fillmore Beall to Chesapeake and Potomac
Telephone Company of Baltimore City dated July 17, 1905,
and recorded as aforesaid in Liber No. 21, folio 587, granting
the right and privilege to construct, operate and maintain
telephone poles, wires, etc., along the roads, streets or high-
ways adjoining the property of the Grantors in the First
District of Prince George's County.

-(g) The right-of-way and easements for an electric railway
acquired by the Columbia and Maryland Railway under and
by virtue of a deed from Fillmore Beall and wife, dated
January 11, 1896, and recorded among the Land Records of
Prince George's County in Liber J. W. B. No. 35, folio 257, or
which were acquired by said Railway Company under any
other conveyance or in any manner whatsoever.

(h) Deed from Fillmore Beall and wife to Allan L. Mc-
Dermott, dated November 16, 1901, and recorded as aforesaid
in Liber No. 4, folio 527, conveying a strip of land for a right-
of-way for an electric railway. (Same as J. W. B. No. 35,
folio 257. )

(i) Reservation of right-of-way as set out in deed from Fill-
more Beall and wife to Oliver E. Pagan, dated October 22,
1923, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber 8. D. H. No. 208, folio
10, as follows:

"The Thirty foot strip of land lying between the land herein
conveyed and the right-of-way of said City and Suburban Elec-
tric Railroad is reserved by the Grantors herein for use solely
as a right-of-way for the benefits of lands owned by the
Grantors adjoining the land therein conveyed on the south,
as well as for the benefit of the land herein conveyed, and is to
remain free of buildings, and easements for such benefit of the
land herein conveyed are accordingly hereby granted. "

(j) Same as exception "d" under Lot No. 3 above.

(k) The right-of-way and easements for an electric railway
acquired by the Columbia and Maryland Railway under and
by virtue of a deed from Almira B. Mulloy and husband, dated
December 2, 1895, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber J. W. B.
No. 34, folio 451, or which were acquired by said Railway Com-
pany under any other conveyance or in any, manner what-
soever.

Lot No. 5. EDGEWOOD ROAD. BEGINNING at the stone monu-
ment at the end of course No. 10 in Parcel No. 4 and running
(1) with the north line of Hollywood tract (Liber 15, folio
571) south eighty-nine degrees fourteen minutes fifty-four
seconds west forty-one hundred and seventy and three-tenths
feet to the east edge of the right-of-way of the Washington and
Baltimore Boulevard; (2) thence with east edge of said right-
of-way north thirteen degrees twenty-six minutes thirty-five
seconds east twenty and six-tenths feet to an iron pipe monu-
