ment; (3) thence north eighty-nine degrees fourteen minutes
fifty-four seconds east four thousand, one hundred sixty-five
and two-tenths feet to intersect course No. 10 of Parcel 4;
(4) thence with course No. 10 of Parcel 4 south no degrees
forty-eight minutes two seconds east twenty feet to the point
of beginning.

(This lot is a twenty-foot right-of-way or roadway).

BEING the same lot of ground fourthly described in the above
referred to deed from H. Clifton Byrd and wife to the State of
Maryland, dated August 16, 1929, and recorded among the
Land Records of Prince George's County in Liber S. D. H. No.
337, folio 211.

EXCEPTIONS:

(a) Condition set out in deed from Andrew Langdon and
wife to James P. Ferguson, Executor of Daniel H. Ferguson,
dated November 1, 1876, and recorded among the Land
Records aforesaid in Liber H. B. No. 14, folio 270, as follows:

"In trust, nevertheless, as and for a private road reserving
to the said Andrew Langdon, his heirs and assigns, the right
to use said private road at any and all times for the purpose
of passing and repairing the same. "

(b) Subject to the rights of the Washington Railway and
Electric Company, formerly the Columbia and Maryland
Railway, across this lot.

EXCEPTIONS As TO ALL LOTS:

(a) Portions of this parcel appear to lie in the beds of the
public roads. Such portions are, therefore, subject to the
rights of the public in and to the use of such portions as a
road.

This property, being owned by the State of Maryland, is not
assessed either for State or County taxes.

Said deed shall be executed by the Governor of the State of
Maryland for and on behalf of the State of Maryland, attested
by the Secretary of State of the State of Maryland, and the
Secretary of State of the State of Maryland shall attach the
Great Seal of the State of Maryland thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 480.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Schools", said new sections to be known
