said deed there is a reservation to the said George W. Beall,
all his heirs and assigns, of a right-of-way over said property,
which right-of-way is hereby conveyed to the said George W.
Beall, his heirs and assigns as fully and effectually as the same
was reserved in the deed to the said Chapin Brown, the pur-
pose of this conveyance being that the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, shall have without reserve, the same rights as to
said right-of-way as were retained by the said George W_ Beall
in the deed to Chapin Brown in said right-of-way. "

(d) Deed and Agreement between James D. Cassard and
wife and William Saunders and wife, et al, dated April 27,
1882, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber
W. A. J. No. 3, folio 634, laying out and granting the use and
privilege of a road described as follows:

"Beginning at a stone planted by the side of a stump a
corner stone between James D. Cassard and Mary S. Cassard,
his wife, and Charles E. Coffin and Catherine R. Coffin, his
wife, and running north eight-six degrees west five and sixteen
twenty-fifths perches to a stake twenty feet east of said James
D. Cassard and Mary S. Cassard's fence; thence south thirty-
six and three-fourths degrees west thirty perches south thirty
nine and one-fourth degrees west twenty-eight and one-half
perches to a stake twenty feet easterly from a gate post at the
yard fence and near the house; thence westerly twenty feet to
a said gate post; thence running so as to leave the road twenty
feet wide and parallel to the third and second lines north
eighty-nine and one-fourth degrees east (reverse) twenty-eight
and one-half perches north thirty-six and three-fourths degrees
east (reverse) thirty-one and one-fifth perches to outline of
said James D. Cassard and Mary S. Cassard's land; thence
with said outline east six and twenty-one twenty-fifths perches
to the beginning. Containing forty-five one-hundredths of an
acre. "

(e) Reservation as to roadway set out in deed from George
W. Beall and wife, to Chapin Brown, dated July 24, 1890, and
recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber J. W. B.
No. 15, folio 424, as follows:

"And the said parties of the first part reserve to themselves
their heirs and assigns, a right-of-way over a strip of the land
hereby conveyed not more than twenty-five feet in width for
the purpose of a road for the use of that portion of the real
estate conveyed to the said George W. Beall by deed of Mary
S. Cassard recorded in Liber J. W. B. No. 1, folio 488, above
referred to, and which is not hereby conveyed, said right-of-
way to be over the route now used as a roadway or over some
other convenient route to Sunnyside Station and the Balti-
more and Washington Turnpike to be agreed upon by the
parties hereto. "
