degrees forty-four minutes twenty-seven seconds west twenty-
four hundred fifteen and seven-tenths feet to a stone said to be
planted in 1803 by Benjamin and Nathan Prather (Liber 303,
folio 61; Liber J. W. B. 15, folio 424; Liber J. W. B. 1, folio
488) passing over the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-
way and three concrete monuments on the line; (20) thence
with Toombs north three degrees thirty-five minutes fifty-four
seconds east three hundred thirty-eight and one-tenth feet to
a concrete monument (Liber 99, folio 454); (21) thence with
Toombs south eighty-five degrees thirty-seven minutes fifty one
seconds east nine hundred thirty-three and nine-tenths feet to
the west edge of the right-of-way of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad; (22) thence with the west edge of said right-of-way
north three degrees thirty-eight minutes fifty-four seconds east
nine hundred forty-one and three-tenths feet to a concrete
monument set in the south edge of the Sunnyside Road; (23)
thence with said south edge of Sunnyside Road north eighty-
six degrees twenty-four minutes six seconds west thirteen
hundred twenty-five and two-tenths feet to a concrete monu-
ment (being parallel to and thirty feet south of the north
eighty-one degrees forty-five minutes west eighty-one and
ninety-two one-hundredths perches line of Liber J. W. B. 15,
folio 424) this point is also in the prolongation of course No.
9 reversed and five hundred and sixty-nine feet from the stone
at the north end of course No. 9; (24) thence continuing with
the south edge of Sunnyside Road north sixty-four degrees
thirty-five minutes two seconds west fourteen hundred and nine
and three-tenths feet to an iron pipe monument set at the
northeast corner of the lot of ground fronting ninety-two feet
along the southernmost side of Sunnyside Road excepted and
reserved by Margaret B. Buchanan in a deed from the said
Margaret S. Buchanan and husband to H. Clifton Byrd dated
August 13, 1929 and recorded in Liber S. D. H. No. 337, folio
204, said excepted portion comprising parts of Lots 4, 5 and
6, Section 1 of "Sunnyside" (Plat Book S. D. H. 3, folio 32);

(25) thence with the second line of said excepted lot, south
twenty degrees five minutes thirty-four seconds west one hun-
dred ninety-five and three-tenths feet to an iron pipe monument;

(26) thence with the third line of said excepted lot, north
sixty-four degrees thirty-five minutes two seconds west ninety-
two feet to an iron pipe monument; (27) thence with a portion
of the fourth line of said excepted lot, north twenty degrees
five minutes thirty-four seconds east sixty-two and one-tenth
feet to an iron pipe monument and the line of Oliver E. Pagen
(Liber S. D. H. 208, folio 10); (28) thence with the lines of
Pagen north sixty-nine degrees fifty-four minutes twenty-six
seconds west one hundred seventy-seven and six-tenths feet to
an iron pipe monument; (29) thence north twenty degrees five
