seventy-three degrees twenty-four minutes twenty-three sec-
onds east seven hundred twelve and seventh-tenths feet to a
large wood fence post set in the west edge of a right-of-way
of Richard Breadon Liber 243, folio 492 (this line being
part of the south sixty-six degrees fifty-eight minutes east
sixteen hundred and thirty feet line of Liber 325, folio 469);
(8) thence with the west edge of the Breaden right-of-way
north seventeen degrees thirty-four minutes thirty-seven sec-
onds east four hundred ninety-three and sixty-two one-hun-
dredths feet to a large wood fence post (being the north
twenty-four degrees one minute east four hundred ninety-
three and sixty-two one-hundredths feet line of Liber 325,
folio 469); (9) thence continuing with the west edge of the
Breaden right-of-way north thirty-five degrees fourteen min-
utes thirty-seven seconds east one hundred sixty and nine-
tenths feet to intersect the curve of the west edge of the
right-of-way of the Washington Railway and Electric Com-
pany (Columbia and Maryland Railway, Liber J. W. B. 42,
folio 53, etc. ); (10) thence with the curve to the right of
the west edge of said right-of-way the long chord of which
curve is north eighteen degrees twelve minutes forty-six
seconds east seven hundred sixty and three-tenths feet; (11)
thence continuing with the west edge of said right-of-way
north twenty degrees five minutes thirty-four seconds east
three hundred fifty-one and three-tenths feet to the point of
beginning and containing forty-eight and eighty-one one-hun-
dredths acres, more or less.

BEING a portion of the lot of ground firstly described in a
Deed from H. Clifton Byrd and wife to the State of Mary-
land, dated August 16, 1929, and recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County in Liber S. D. H. No. 337,
folio 211.

EXCEPTIONS:

(a) The right-of-way and easements for an Electric Rail-
way acquired by the Columbia and Maryland Railway under
and by virtue of a Deed from Almira B. Mulloy and husband,
dated December 2, 1895, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber
J. W. B. No. 34, folio 451, or which were acquired by said
Railway Company under any other conveyance or in any man-
ner whatsoever

(b) Deed from Almira B. Mulloy to American Telephone
and Telegraph Company dated December 3, 1910, and record-
ed as aforesaid in Liber No. 67, folio 475, granting the right
to construct and maintain a conduit over or adjoining the
property of the Grantor in the First District of Prince
George's County, to be located and run on the Baltimore
