mott, dated November 16, 1901, and recorded as aforesaid
in Liber No. 4, folio 527, conveying a strip of land for a
right-of-way for an electric railway. (Same as J. W. B. No.
35, folio 257).

(c) Deed from Fillmore Beall to Chesapeake and Potomac
Telephone Company of Baltimore City dated June 17, 1905,
and recorded as aforesaid in Liber No. 21, folio 587, convey-
ing the right to construct and maintain telephone poles,
wires, etc., along the roads, streets or highways adjoining the
property of the Grantor in the First District of Prince
George's County.

Lot No. 2. BEGINNING at a point in the west edge of the
right-of-way of the Washington Railway and Electric Com-
pany, which point is south twenty degrees five minutes thirty-
four seconds west fifteen feet from the end of the second
course of Parcel No. 1 and running thence, on true bearings,
(1) with the south edge of the right-of-way of Almira B.
Mulloy (Liber J. W. B. 16, folio 28) north sixty-nine degrees
thirty-two minutes seventeen seconds west one thousand
ninety-eight and four-tenths feet to a concrete monument
set in the east edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard (being part of the north sixty-three
degrees fifty minutes west eleven hundred thirty-six and forty-
three one-hundredths feet line of Liber 325, folio 469); (2)
thence with said east edge of the right-of-way of the Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard south forty-eight degrees thirty-
six minutes thirty-four seconds west one hundred and six
feet to a concrete monument; (3) thence continuing with
said east edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-Balti-
more Boulevard in a curve to the left, the long chord of
which is south thirty-nine degrees three minutes nine sec-
onds west one thousand nine and three-tenths feet to a con-
crete monument; (4) thence continuing with said east edge
of the right-of-way of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard
south twenty-nine degrees thirty-one minutes twenty-four
seconds west three hundred six and two-tenths feet to a
large concrete fence post set in the north line of J. J. Wil-
liams (Description in Liber 231, folio 7); (5) thence with
the north line of said Williams south seventy-three degrees
twenty-four minutes twenty-three seconds east seven hun-
dred ninety and four-tenths feet to an iron pipe beside a
large concrete fence post (being part of the north sixty-six
degrees fifty-eight minutes west eight hundred twenty-seven
and eight-tenths feet line (Liber 231, folio 7); (6) thence
with the east line of said Williams south sixteen degrees
thirty-five minutes thirty-seven seconds west five hundred ten
feet to an iron pipe beside a large concrete fence post (being
the north twenty-three degrees two minutes east five hundred
