SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 329 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County", sub-title "Oxford", be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

329. The limits of the said town shall be as described on a
plat thereof to be recorded in the office of the clerk of the cir-
cuit court for Talbot county, and are hereby extended so as to
include all of the territory within the following limits:

BEGINNING at mean low water line of Tred Avon River
at a point in the centre of the road leading to the farm of C. A.
Cox and running thence with centre line of said road South
eighty-four degrees, thirty minutes East, fifty-five feet
(S-84° 30' E-55') more or less, to a concrete monument; thence
still said centre line South eighty-four degrees, thirty minutes
East, seven hundred twenty-seven and seven tenths feet
(S-84° 30' E-727.7') to a concrete monument; thence running
between lands now or formerly belonging to Pennsylvania
Railroad Company on the West and South and lands now or
formerly belonging to C. A. Cox on the East and North, the
following courses and distances: North two degrees, twenty-
four minutes East, five hundred sixty-four and three-tenths
feet (N-2° 24' E-564.3') to a concrete monument; thence North
eighty-four degrees, fifty-five minutes East, three hundred
ninety-four and three-tenths feet (N-84° 55' E-394.3') to a con-
crete monument; thence North three degrees, thirty-two
minutes West, ninety-one and five-tenth feet (N-3° 32' W-91.5')
to a concrete monument; thence North eighty-five degrees,
thirty-four minutes East, three hundred and one and three-
tenths feet (N-85° 34' E-301.3') to a concrete monument;
thence across the aforementioned railroad lands and between
lands now or formerly belonging to Talbot County School Com-
missioners and lands now or formerly belonging to C. A. Cox
North two degrees, thirty-four minutes East, seven hundred
forty-seven and, six-tenths feet (N2° 34' E-747.6') to a concrete
monument on the South side of the State Highway leading
from Oxford to Easton; thence between the South side of said
State Highway and the North side of lands now or formerly
belonging to C. A. Cox North eighty-four degrees, seventeen
minutes East, four hundred five and five-tenths feet (N84° 17'
E-405.5') to a concrete monument; thence across said State
Highway and through the lands now or formerly belonging to
W. J. Bradley, R. A. Willis, S. C. Dobson and H. E. Balderson
North six degrees, fifty-six minutes West, two thousand one
hundred thirty-five and four-tenths feet (N6° 56' W-2,135.4')
to a concrete monument in H. E. Balderson's yard on the bank
of Town Creek (said monument being twenty-five feet (25')
