more or less from mean low water line of said Creek and two
inches (2") underground) ; thence from said concrete monu-
ment North six degrees, fifty-six minutes West (N-6° 56' W)
and out of the mouth of said Creek to a point due East from
the most Northerly point of the Town of Oxford at mean low
water line of Tred Avon River; thence due West to the afore-
mentioned point; thence with the meanderings of mean low
water line of Tred Avon River to the place of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 42.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 139
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the
Special Session of 1936, providing for the elimination of the
requirement that the Justice of the Peace, appointed by
virtue of said Act shall be a resident of the 13th Election
District of Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 139 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the Special Session of 1936, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:

495A. The Governor is hereby authorized, empowered and
directed by and with the advice and consent of the Senate of
the State of Maryland, to biennially appoint a Justice of the
Peace for the 13th Election District, at large, of Montgomery
County, and to designate said Justice of the Peace, appointed
by the provisions of this Act as Police Justice.

The Justice of the Peace, appointed by virtue of this
Act shall maintain an office in some suitable place in the
Town of Takoma Park, Montgomery County. On the first
day of each month following his appointment he shall ac-
count for and pay over to the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County one-half of all fees, collected by
him under the provisions of Section 208 of Article 56 of the
Public General Laws of Maryland for violations of the State
Motor Vehicle Law occurring within the portion of the
Thirteenth Election District of Montgomery County within
the corporate limits of the Town of Takoma Park and the
