Martha his wife doth for themselves theire heires and assignes Covenant promise grant and agree to and with
the Said Simon Perkins his heires and assignes That it Shall & may be lawfull to and for the said Simon Perkin
his heires and assignes, to have hold occupie possess and enjoye all & Singular the premisses hereby granted
or intended to be granted free & Clear and freely & Clearly exonerated acquitted and dishardged or otherwise
well & Sufficiently Saved harmless and indempnified of and from all former and all other gifts grants
Leases intayles feofements Statutes extents judgemts. execucons forfeitures recognizances and all other
incombrances whatsoever had made Comitted or done by the Said Anthony Underwood and Martha
his wife or either of them or any other person or persons Claimeing or to Claime from by or under them
or either of them or any other person or persons whatsoever Claimeing from by or under the Said Robt
Ridgley And Lastely the Said Anthony Underwood and Martha his wife all & Singular y pr:misses as is
Contained in y above recited Pattent and hereby granted unto the Said Simon Perkins and his heires against
themselves the Said Anthony Underwood and Martha his wife and theire heires and against all other person
or persons Claimeing or to Claime from by or under them or either of them or any other person^or persons Claiming
from by or under the Said Robert Ridgely Shall for Ever warrant & defend by these presents In Witness whereof
the parties above Named to these presents their hands and Seales Interchangeably have Sett the day

In The Name of God Amen I William Jones of Manny hundred in the County of Somersett and
Province of Maryland being weake of body but of perfect Memory praysed be god for the Same resigning
my Soule unto God my Creator hopeing that through the Meritorious works Death & Passion of Jesus Christ
my Saviour and redeemer to receive free parden and remission of all my Sins: and my body to y earth to be
buried in Such Christianlike manner as my executrix hereafter mentioned Shall Seem most Convenient
And as to Such worldly estate as the Lord in mercy hath left me after my Just debts & funerall expences
discharged I doe Dispose of as hereafter is mentioned and expressed ordaining declaring & Publishing that it be
my last will & Testament and disanulling and makeing voyd all formr: or other wills by me made / ~ ~ ~
Imprimus I give & bequeath unto my Son William Jones Twenty Shillings Sterling money or the vallue thereof to buy
him A Gold Ring ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
2dly I give & bequeath unto my Son Daniell Jones Twenty Shillings Sterling money or the vallue thereof to
buy him a Gold Ring ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
3d:ly I give unto my and bequeath unto my Son John Jones and the heires of his body Lawfully begotten for Ever
All that pantacon with y land thereunto belonging Scituate Lieing & being upon Little Manny Creeke in the
County of Somerset aforesaid with all houses,and Edifices buildings yards orchards & enclosures there unto
belonging beginning at a marked tree parting it from the Land of George Mitchell from thence running up
little Munney to the land of John Panter from thence running halfe way through the Swamp towards great
Munney from thence downe the sd Swamp untill it Cometh to the Line of the Said George Mitchell and from thence
running to Little Munney to the first bounder ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
4:thly My will & desire is That my Loving Wife Jane Jones after my decease Doe peaceably and quietly occupy &
enjoy the Plantation whereon I now live with the land thereunto belonging Together with all houses Edifices
