( 107 ) To all Christian People to whome these presents shall come greeting in our Lord God everlasting. Know ye that we William: Price of Cecill County Planter & Margaret my wife for a valuable Consideration in hand received the receit whereof is hereby acknowleged, have given, granted, bargained, Sold, aliened enfeoffed & confirmed and by these presents doe for us our Heirs Execcutors & Admrs for ever, give, grant, bargain, Sell, alien enfeoffe & Confirme unto Ralph Milbourne of Somerset County Planter, all that tract or percel of Land called Prices Grove lying and being on the Easterne Shore in a River there Called Pocomoke on the west side of the sd River, by a Creek there Called Prices Creek bounded as followeth Begining at a marked bounded Oake, Standing South East, and runing up the Creek by a line drawn Northwest along by the said Creek to a marked Oake, One hundred and twenty pearches, Thence runing Northeast by a line drawn into the woods for length five hundred thirty four pearches to a marked Pine, and drawing a line from the said Pine to a marked oake Standing South east One hundred twenty pearches for breadth, and runing a line Southwest downe to the Creek to the first marked tree five hundred thirty four pearches for length, Conteining and then laid out for four hundred Acres of Land more or less To have and to hold the said four hundred Acres of Land, according to the lines and courses above mentioned, to The said Ralph Milbourne his Heirs and Assigns for ever, And to and for the Only propper use and behoof of the Said Ralph Milbourne his Heirs and Assigns forevermore, Yielding & paying therefore yearly, and every year to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or ffees of the same the usual and accustomed Rent payable for the Same. And the said William: Price,and Margarett his wife, doe for themselves their Heirs, Execcutors & Admrs Covenant promise & agree to and with the said Ralph: Milbourne, that they have in them Selves, good right full power, lawfull and absolute authority to grant bargain and Sell the above mentioned, and that free and clear & freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of and from all other guifts, grants, bargains, Sales, Leases, Joyntures Dowers, Escheats, forteitures, Judgments, Mortgages & Executions what Soever with warranty from all persons claiming or to claime any right title or interest from by or under us or or Heirs shall and will for ever defend by these presents. In Wittness whereof the said William: Price & Margeret his wife have hereunto Sett our hands and Seals this Second day of June Annoq Dom. 1691. the marke of Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us. Memorandum That this day to witt the 22th of August 1691. Came Jacob: Preen and Henry Beck two of the Evidences mentioned in the within written Conveyance, and did make Oath before us that they did see William: Price and Margaret his wife, Sign Seal and deliver the sd Conveyance as their act and deed, as wittness our hands.
