For ever Provided allwayes Nevertheless that it shall and may be lawfull for the said Nicholas Carpenter
or his Assigns dureing the naturall life of the said Nicholas to have, hold, occupy, posess inherrit and enjoy the
Said bargained and granted premises, any thing herein contained to the Contrary in any wise not withstanding &
the sd Elizabeth Poole, John: Poole & Mathewe his wife for themselves, their Heirs, Execcuters & Admrs doth
Covenant grant and agree to and with the sd Hannah: Carpenter her Heirs & Assigns by these presents that
they the said Elizabeth Poole, John: Poole & Mathewe his wife Or One of them have in her him or themselves
in and to the Land and premises aforesd, a good Sure perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance in ffee Simple
to them and their Heirs, & that they or One of them, have in him her or themselves, in and to the Land & premises
full power and lawfull authority to Convey the same to her the sd Hannah Carpenter her Heirs & Assigns in
manner and forme aforesd, for and not withstanding any act by them or any of them to the Contrary done. And
that and Notwithstanding any Such act done as aforesd she the said Hannah Carpenter her Heirs & Assigns
shall and may from hence forth for ever hereafter quietly and peaceably hold occupie posess & enjoy the sd Land
called Addition to ffree purchase & every part & percell thereof free & Clear, & Clearly acquitted exonerated
and discharged, off and from all & all manner of former & other bargains, Sails guifts, grants titles troubles
Charges, debts and incumbrances whatsoever, & off & from all Joyntures Dowries & off & from all the title of
Dower of the sd Mathewe thereunto & Service which from hence forth shall become due and payable to the Chief
Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffees of the premises only excepted & foreprized, and further the sd Elizabeth Poole ~
John: Poole & Mathewe his wife for themselves their Heirs Execcutors & Admrs, doth Covenant grant & agree to
and with the said Hannah:Carpenter her Heirs and Assigns by these presents,that they the sd Eliz: Poole John:Poole &
Mathewe his wife and their Heirs and all other persons whatsoever any estate having or Lawfully Claiming in or
to the premises or any part thereof by from or under them or either of them, shall & will at any time hereafter
dureing the space of Seaven years from hence forth to be accouted, at the reasonable request, & at the Cost & Charges in
the law of She the said Hannah: Carpenter, make & grant Such further & other assurance & assurances & conveyances
in the Law for the further & more perfect assureing & Conveying the said premises called addition to ffree purchase
to her the said Hannah: Carpenter her Heirs & Assigns as by her or her Heirs or their Councell learned in the law ~
shall be reasonable, devised or advised and required, if it be by fine ffeofment recovery, release, confirmation
or by acknowledgment of these presents or otherwise. In Wittness whereof the parties aforesd to these Indentures
interchangeably have put to their hands & Seals the day & year first within written.
