two and one-half degrees east seventeen perches to
the District of Columbia line and with said line south
forty-nine and one-fourth degrees west eighty-four
and one-sixth perches; thence south thirty degrees
and four minutes east fifty-nine and one-sixth perches
to a stone to be planted on the east side of the Alex-
andria and Piscataway Road; thence along the south
side of a proposed road south eighty-seven degrees
fifty-nine minutes east two hundred and twenty and
one-twelfth perches to the place of beginning, con-
taining eighty five and fifteen one-hundredths acres
more or less.

Beginning for parcel number two lying entirely in
Prince George's county, in the State of Maryland, and
being part of a tract of land called "Oxon Hill
Manor, " and being lot number two on t aid plat of sur-
vey, at a white oak tree and stone on the south side
of the main road, and running due north one hundred
and eight and eighteen twenty-fifths perches to the
third line of the Oxon Hill Manor Tract; thence north
eighty-eight and three-fourths degrees west forty-one
and one-half perches; thence south five and one-half
degrees west one hundred and six perches to a stone at
the fork of the main load, and with said road south
three-fourths of a degree east twenty-seven and one-
sixth perches to lot number one (1) of said Oxon Hill
Manor Tract; thence north sixty-one and one-fourth
degrees east twenty-four and one-half perches; thence
north sixty-eight and three-fourths degrees east thirty-
two perches to the place of beginning, containing thirty-
five and one third acres more or less.

Beginning for parcel number three, which is also lot
number three of said Oxon Hill Manor Tract on said
plat, at a white oak tree and a stone corner to the next
before described parcel and running thence north
seventy-four degrees east thirty-five and eighteen
twenty-fifths perches to a cedar tree; dience north
sixty-two and eleven twenty-fifths perches to a stone;
thence north thirty-eight degrees east two perches;
thence north one and one-fourth degrees east thirty
four perches; thence north eighty-eight and three-
fourth degrees west thirty-six perches; thence south
one hundred and eight and eighteen twenty-fifths
perches to the place of beginning, containing twenty-
two and forty-two one hundredths acres more or less.
